Is it explicit?
No. Heart Eyes is romantic and flirty but never sexual, in any plan and at any closeness level. There's no NSFW mode, and paying doesn't unlock one. If that's what you're after, this isn't the app for you, and we'd rather tell you now.
Are the characters real people?
No. Every companion is a fictional adult character written by our studio and brought to life by AI. Their portraits, photos and voices are AI-generated and don't depict real people. Ask sincerely and they'll tell you they're an AI.
So is she really in Tokyo?
Her city is real, and so are her clock and the weather there: when it's 3 AM in Tokyo, Aiko's chat says she's asleep, and if you text her she answers sleepily. She's still a fictional AI character. Her stories are posted on her clock, and the places on your dates are real places in her city.
How do dates work?
Pick one of three date ideas in her city and what she wears. The date happens in your chat over a minute or two: her "on my way" text, a photo from each of three places, then a goodnight voice note and a recap you can share. A date is 5 credits; Heart Eyes Plus includes 15 credits a month, and credit packs are optional. If a photo doesn't come out, you get credits back automatically.
What kind of photos do they send?
Photos of their day: at work, at a café, on a trail, or dressed up for a night out. You can pick the outfit and the place. Photos are always fully clothed; lingerie, swimwear, nudity and bedroom scenes are never generated.
How does the memory work?
Your companion keeps short notes on what you share (your plans, names, wins and worries) and uses them to follow up later. You can reset a conversation or delete your account at any time, which erases them.
What's the difference between Classic and Signature?
Classic characters are everyday people with big hearts: a nurse, a vet, a pilot, a chef. The Signature collection is fifteen glamorous characters from fashion, music, film and sport. Free users pick one Classic companion; Heart Eyes Plus unlocks everyone.
