Delete your Heart Eyes account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Heart Eyes and tap Profile.
2. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with Delete everything.

This immediately and permanently deletes your profile, every conversation, the photos your companions sent, any characters you created, everything your companions remember, your location details, your saved sign-in (Apple, Google or email) and any moments you've shared. It can't be undone.

Accounts that haven't opened the app for 12 months are deleted the same way automatically (unless a subscription is still active, or the account still holds credits you paid for).

Without the app

If you no longer have the app (for example, you deleted it or changed phones), email support@septasoftcanada.com with the subject "Delete my account" and include:

• your Account ID (Profile → About → Account ID), if you have it; or
• the email address of your saved account (Apple, Google or email sign-in), sent from that address.

We'll confirm and delete the account within 30 days (usually much sooner). A guest account that was never saved can only be identified by its Account ID.

What's kept

• Reports you made about a message are kept for up to 24 months for safety, with your Account ID removed.
• Server logs (including usage analytics, never the text of your messages) identify you only by random IDs and are deleted automatically within 90 days.
• Backups roll off within 35 days.
• Subscriptions aren't cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel Heart Eyes Plus in your Apple ID or Google Play settings (see Support).
